Can you restore damaged audio?

To an extent we can improve audio quality but sometimes audio is beyond repair. If you send us your damaged audio, we will provide you with a sample of what it will sound like after restoration before you pay.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, if you are not happy we will provide a refund, however anything we provide a refund on cannot be published anywhere online or otherwise.

Can I request revisions on a completed episode?

Yes, within reason this is usually not a problem and part of the service.

How do I pay for this service?

We use PayPal so you can use any debit/credit card or bank account. If you want to arrange an alternative payment system, contact us.

How do I transfer raw files?

We have accounts with Google Drive and Dropbox and generally use one or the other with clients.

Can I provide you with a paper edit?

Yes. If you know exactly what you want removed you can supply a paper edit for me to follow.

Do you remove all uhms and ahs?

I remove major errors and things that stand out to me as either a mistake or distracting. On request I can remove every little filler word and error, this will incur an additional charge. I recommend considering how much this is actually going to improve your podcast and remember most interview style podcasts SHOULD sound natural, not robotic.

Can you provide me with a sample of how my podcast will sound before I order?

Yes, absolutely. On request I will process a 1-2 minute clip of your audio BEFORE you order.

What is your turnaround time?

Usually 1-3 days, If you need it sooner it is usually possible to arrange without an additional charge, just ask
